Kathy Deonarain
Kathy Deonarain is a Junior at St. John's University's School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science, part of The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, where she maintains a 3.50 grade point average. 

Kathy is from Queens, New York. She has worked as an assistant in the University Athletics area and has interned as an underwriting assistant with Chartis for one year. During that time, she expanded her knowledge of the industry. A Dean's List student, Kathy is an active member of 
St. John's Alpha Iota Chapter of Gamma Iota Sigma, the international risk management, insurance and actuarial science fraternity and enjoys travel.  This summer Kathy will be interning once again at Chartis and is looking forward to advancing her risk management and insurance career.

Katie School of Insurance

KELSIE GRIFFIN
Kelsie Griffin will be a senior at Illinois State University Katie School of Insurance, with a double major of insurance and finance. She maintains a 3.96 GPA while actively involved in various student organizations including Gamma Iota Sigma, the insurance fraternity for which she will be treasurer in 2010-2011. Kelsie is currently interning at Country Financial in claims and has other insurance and banking work experience. She also finds time to volunteer at Special Olympics and Habitat for Humanity.
